A Special Commemoration: Our New Centennial Logo Unveiled!

As part of our year-long celebration of Westchester’s 100th anniversary, we are thrilled to introduce our official centennial logo. This emblem was envisioned by our 100th Anniversary Committee and brought to life by Westchester business owner Kapreshia Linzy of Perfect Image Transfers.

The logo pays homage to Westchester’s rich history and unique character. At its heart is a knight, giving a nod to our original logo and symbolizing the Village founders’ vision of a model English-style town. Surrounding the knight, you’ll find the vibrant cone flowers of the Wolf Road Prairie, a cherished natural landmark and a beautiful reminder of our roots.

We hope this logo inspires pride in our past, appreciation for the present, and excitement for Westchester’s bright future as we celebrate this milestone year together.
