On Saturday, December 10, 2022, the Westchester, Bellwood & Maywood Police Departments conducted the annual SHOP WITH A COP event, where we took ten of our local Westchester kids Christmas shopping!

The day started off with a breakfast at the Village of Bellwood and then the kids got to ride in a police car to Walmart in Northlake, where they each received money to spend on gifts. Once the shopping was completed, they loaded back in the police cars and returned to the Bellwood for wrapping and lunch.

The Westchester Police Department would like to thank those that donated and volunteered that made this event successful!
