PCS Arrest #23-1305
On June 29th, 2023 the Westchester Police Department Investigation Division was conducting a investigation during a Dupage/Cook County mutual aid detail.
The detail spotted a suspect vehicle, and after observation of suspicious activity and moving violations, Officers executed a traffic stop of that vehicle. Suspect(s) fled on foot from Officers on the 200 block of Englewood in Bellwood and both taken into custody after a brief foot chase. Adaryll Harris was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Felony), Aggravated Driving while Revoked for DUI (Felony) and resisting a Peace Officer (Misdemeanor). Jhalen Williams was charged with Driving with No Valid License and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Williams was released on an iBond and Harris was transported to the Cook County 4th District Courthouse to await a bond hearing.
