Shooting #24-2394
On June 14th, 2024, at approximately 20:56hrs, Westchester Police responded to the intersection of Mannheim and Roosevelt Rd for a gunshot victim.
Upon arrival, Officers located a driver who had been shot by another driver in traffic. Westchester Paramedics transported the victim Loyola University Medical Center where his condition remained stable. The intersection was briefly shut down until Investigators arrived and were able to process the scene. Westchester Investigators are currenly following serveral leads and determined this incident to be an isolated and no threat to the community.
