Vehicle Sticker Artwork Winner
​During the Village Board meeting on January 23, 2024, the Board announced the winner of the 2024 Vehicle Sticker Artwork Contest.
Sebastian, a 3rd grade student at Westchester Intermediate School, beautifully captured a scene of people jumping and cheering in celebration of Westchester’s upcoming 100th birthday in his winning artwork. We can’t wait to see it displayed on all our residents’ vehicles!
