By checking the box above, I understand and acknowledge that I shall comply with all ordinances contained in the Village of Westchester Municipal Code. Furthermore, I will inform each participant of these requirements

Code Specifications:

Signs are only permitted on residential property
Signs shall not be located on the public right-of-way
Signs shall be no more than six (6) square feet
Only one (1) sign is allowed on the property holding the sale. In the event of a multi-family group sale, only one (1) sign is allowed on each premises participating in the group sale.
Two (2) off-site signs, per garage sale, shall be allowed on property with written permission of the property owner.
Garage sale signs may not be displayed earlier than two (2) hours prior to and later than two (2) hours after the garage sale event.
